OnePlus 13T Launching on April 24: Design, Features, and Everything We Know So Far

OnePlus is gearing up to launch its latest premium offering—the OnePlus 13T—in China on April 24, as confirmed through a teaser video shared on Chinese social platform Weibo. The teaser gives a complete 360° look at the upcoming smartphone, revealing key design elements, colour options, and button placements. While the India launch date is yet to be confirmed, it is expected to follow soon after the China release.

OnePlus 13T: What Can We Expect?

Premium Design with Frosted Glass and Metallic Build

The OnePlus 13T will sport a metallic frame with a frosted glass finish on the back—lending it a premium look and feel. The design is complemented by three colour variants: grey, pink, and black, each featuring a frosted texture.

Customisable Action Key Replaces Alert Slider

Breaking tradition, OnePlus is replacing its signature alert slider with a customisable action key, debuting with the OnePlus 13T. Positioned on the left side of the frame, this new feature is expected to work similarly to Apple’s Action Button found on the iPhone 16 series. Meanwhile, the volume rocker and power button are located on the right side.

New Camera Island Design

The teaser reveals a dual rear camera setup inside a redesigned camera island. The LED flash sits beside the lenses, and the module carries a noticeable bump, which could cause the device to wobble when laid flat. The iconic OnePlus logo will be centered on the back panel.

Ports and Software

The bottom of the frame houses a USB Type-C port, speaker grille, and SIM tray. As for the software, the OnePlus 13T will boot ColorOS in China, which is a customized interface co-developed with OPPO. If the device launches in India, it’s likely to come with OxygenOS instead.

While detailed specifications like processor, display size, and battery capacity are yet to be officially revealed, the OnePlus 13T is already drawing attention for its refined aesthetics, new functional button, and flagship-level design cues. With the official launch just around the corner, more detailed specs and features will likely emerge soon.
