Xiaomi has introduced the Redmi Buds 6 in China, alongside the release of the Redmi Note 14 5G and Note 14 Pro series smartphones. These new true wireless stereo (TWS) earphones feature 12.4mm dynamic drivers and offer up to 49dB active noise cancellation (ANC). One of their standout features is a long-lasting battery, with up to 42 hours of playback time when paired with the charging case.
Notably, while Redmi Buds 6 Lite and Redmi Buds 6 Active have already been launched in select global markets, Xiaomi has not yet revealed the global or India launch date for the base Redmi Buds 6.

The Redmi Buds 6 price in China is set at CNY 199 (roughly Rs. 2,400). They are available in three attractive color options: Black, Cyan, and White. The buds can currently be purchased via the Redmi China online store.

Additionally, they boast an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance. The charging case comes with a crevice lighting feature to indicate the battery level.

One of the key selling points of the Redmi Buds 6 is their impressive battery life. With the charging case, they offer up to 42 hours of total playback time. On their own, the earphones last up to 10 hours on a single charge. Additionally, Redmi claims that a quick 10-minute charge can provide up to four hours of playback. Each earbud weighs only 5.0g, and the total weight, including the charging case, is 43.2g.
